We were extremely pleased with the performance of Kim as the listing agent for the recent sale of our home. She was very professional and paid great attention to detail in preparing us, and the house to be placed on the market. She clearly advised us on what she recommended that we do prior to listing the house, and Kim with her staging team did an excellent job in preparing the house for sale. In terms of pricing, Kim showed a great understanding of current market conditions to recommend a listing price that would be realistic and attract maximum interest. In terms of marketing her brochure and video showed the excellent staging and prime features of the property. Kim also showed good foresight in ensuring that several aspects of a sale that could lead to conditions and/or delays in closing the deal were addressed prior to listing. Due to Kim’s excellent advice and hard work, there was a great deal of interest (showings) of the property, multiple offers were received, and the house sold over asking price in just over 48 hours on the market!
